A complete lysis buffer for the release of cytoplasmic, membrane and nuclear proteins from adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells.
The RIPA lysis buffer is fully compatible with many applications, including reporter assays, protein assays, immunoassays and other protein purification techniques.
RIPA Lysis Buffer does not contain protease inhibitors, however it is fully compatible with our range of individual protease inhibitors and cocktails.
5X formulation and consisting of 250 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 , 750 mM NaCl, 5% Nonidet P40, 5% sodium deoxycholat, 0.5% SDS.
